Paul Harper - Development Manager
Paul has worked in the digital industry for over 15 years. His initial background was with a major worldwide technology company in North America. Paul was part of the start of Britnett Web Services in 1999. He has always endeavoured to develop the service and products that were identified by the Britnett clients.
Paul works with core clients both locally and nationwide.
Paul enjoys anything with wheels including mountain biking, motorcycling as well as maintaining his vintage motorcycle. He has also held a passion for cars since a very young age. Home life keeps him busy with wife Joanne and two children under the age of 6. Cooking, wine drinking and video games help him relax, often simultaneously.
Paul sits on the board of Teesdale Development Company and delivers Internet, Sales and Marketing training for Business Link UK.

Mike Dodgson - Software Support Manager
Mike joined Britnett Web Services a little over 7 years ago. Coming from an I.T educated background he began managing the 2 main Britnett products - Britnett Carver & BizSub. Since then, Mike has extensively developed both products and now manages all support for staff, clients & consultants nationwide. Mike is passionate about the Internet and believes that our products are a valuable asset to any company. As a natural team player, Mike believes that working together can create strong relationships - this goes for colleagues right through to clients alike.
Outside of the office, Mike is a keen sportsman and also enjoys a wide range of sports entertainment, including his beloved Darlington Football Club... no jokes, please! Mike has achieved Level 2 in football coaching and is keen to pursue this in the future. Other interests include live music, the outdoors, family & friends, socialising and of course his long standing addiction to gadgets!

Jamie Elliott BA (hons) – Art and Graphics Manager
Jamie joined Britnett in 2004 as a part time designer whilst undertaking his degree in Multi Media Design. After graduating with a 1st degree, he stayed on and now manages the graphic design department. From the start his efforts have been aimed at rejuvenating the Britnett design service by applying a modern and fresh approach to web design. Jamie has a wide array of design expertise including graphic design, illustration, Interactive media, deep media, information design, company branding and animation.
Jamie's main love has, and always will be design, whether it be painting or creating innovative design solutions his passion for the arts is evident throughout his work. Jamie is a keen traveller and is a regular attendee at most live 'hard dance' events throughout Europe. Other passions include socialising with friends and family, football and most importantly making the most of life!

Alex Bage BA (hons) - Graphic Designer
Arriving in early 2008 Alex is the newest member of the team. Hailing from a prolific background of design, typography and illustration within the publishing industry. Having slotted into the support team quickly and comfortably he now adds a further dimension to the design service capability Britnett offer and carries on the company’s fresh and innovative approach to website design. Alex's primary role is to create high quality design solutions for client websites.
Alex cites his interests as; Playing several instruments (badly) and listening to an overwhelmingly eclectic music collection. Gardening, yes gardening! - it's good for the soul, cooking and Roxette. Under the harsh designery façade lies an artist who likes to keep his eye in by drawing, painting and photography. He also has a penchant for tattooing people!

Lisa Maddison - Administration Manager
Lisa joined the company in 2006 and has become an integral part of the Britnett team. Coming from a perfect background and holding all the right qualifications. She has 15 years administration, customer services and accounts experience which all help maintain an efficient and smooth running department dealing with a wide and varying range of administrative tasks.
Lisa is a mother of one and enjoys spending as much time with her family as possible. In the time she does take for herself she enjoys reading, gardening and socialising with friends. She loves working with children and works voluntarily in her local school as a teaching assistant.
